Eligibility Criteria
* Open to UG and PG students across all disciplines
* No minimum percentage requirement for 10th
* No minimum percentage requirement for 12th/Diploma
* No minimum CGPA requirement for UG/PG
* Active backlogs are not preferred
* Candidates must be willing to relocate to Bengaluru
* Candidates must be comfortable with a work-from-office environment
* Candidates must be comfortable with a 6-day working schedule
Selection Process
The recruitment process will typically include the following stages:
Stage 1 – Initial Screening
Candidate profile and eligibility screening.
Stage 2 – Pre-Placement Talk
An overview of EdiGlobe, the role, career opportunity, expectations, and recruitment process.
Stage 3 – Group Discussion
Conducted where required, depending on the number of participating candidates.
Stage 4 – Sales & Technical Interview
Assessment of communication, problem-solving ability, role suitability, and understanding of sales/business development fundamentals.
Stage 5 – HR Interview
Assessment of overall suitability, professional attitude, career expectations, relocation readiness, and organizational fit.
