I solemnly declare and affirm as under: That I have been informed by DAV College Jalandhar through its Principal/his nominee that there are avenues for placement for which I am indebted to the institution. It is my sole responsibility to be aware of the organization, place, profile, package and other relevant details well in advance before taking up interview. That I will reach the venue punctually well prepared along with my father/guardian at my own risk and responsibility and that the DAV College Jalandhar and/or the nominee is not at all responsible if I am not selected, nor the college or its nominee will bear expenses for my journey to and from the venue, nor for any accidents and mishappening during the course of my journey or thereafter. If I am selected after undergoing the entire cycle of selection process through DAV College, Jalandhar, I have to join the organization as and when permitted by the institute. I will provide the corresponding proofs as and when required for the verification of the same. I further solemnly declare that I am giving the above declaration of my own will and volition and without any coercion and with prior permission of my father and guardian and that nothing has been concealed therein.
