Selection Process
Level 1: Online and proctored test covering Verbal, Analytical, Numerical Ability, Written English Test, and Listening Comprehension.
Level 2: Pannel interview with Kotak Mahindra Bank
Final Selection: Candidates who pass the faculty check will receive an admission and offer letter.
Required Skills
Eligibility: Minimum 60% in 10th 12th and graduation
Age: 21 to 27 years
Program Duration: 12 months
Program Fee: ₹300000 (including GST) ( Bank will provide 100% finance)
Stipend: ₹6150 per month for the first 4 months
₹20000 per month for the 2 months of internship
full CTC per month for the 6 months of OJT.
